Meet Adrian, our Patient of the Month for January 2020.
In June 2019, Adrian underwent rotator cuff surgery, on his right shoulder.
Adrian has attended both Physio and Biokinetics for a good couple of months now and has showed tremendous improvement.
Adrian loves going to the gym and was keen to get back as soon as possible. With the correct guidance Adrian has managed to develop great strength in all the muscles surrounding his shoulders along with great improvement in his shoulder range.
This would not have been possible without Adrian’s great determination and positive attitude.
We therefore have nominated Adrian as our patient of the month, and we can’t wait to keep working with Adrian and get him back feeling safe and comfortable in the gym.
