Suren brings a wealth of experience to his sessions and a genuine passion for helping patients achieve their physical potential. As the Lead Physiotherapist for Charlton Athletic FC Women's First Team, Suren has exceptional skills in managing health and performance. His experience spans professional football and rugby clubs as well as clinic and hospital settings in both the UK and Singapore.

Whether working with elite athletes – including gaining expertise in women’s health and working with young adults – or non-athletes, Suren develops tailored treatment plans that address immediate injuries as well as restoring, enhancing, and protecting long-term physical performance and well-being. He is able to offer a comprehensive array of evidence-based treatment modalities. These include advanced soft tissue manipulation through therapeutic massage to address muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote holistic healing. He utilises dry needling at precise trigger points to release myofascial restrictions, alleviate pain, and restore muscle function. Suren also uses cutting-edge shockwave therapy, a non-invasive treatment that delivers high-energy sound waves to stimulate healing in chronic musculoskeletal conditions. By combining these modalities and identifying supporting exercises that can be done outside of sessions, Suren creates personalised treatment plans that address the root causes of pain and dysfunction.
