I can highly recommend the services of physiotherapist Richard Terry. I came to Richard with a torn meniscus (knee) and over the course of a few months, Richard has helped me rebuild strength in the area around my knee. Whilst I have not been brave enough to run again on my knee, I have been able to resume training on a spin bike and in the gym with little to no pain - and most importantly, have avoided surgery. Richard was caring and thoughtful in his approach. I always felt as though I was in safe hands. Thank you Richard.
