Nicola is passionate about sports injuries and enjoys pursuing new knowledge and keeping up to date with the latest research in physiotherapy.

She is motivated and adaptable and has worked with athletes of all ages and levels, corporate patients and seniors, including helping them with recovery post-operatively.

Nicola enjoys working with patients over the course of their treatment and tailoring programmes to each individual. She is compassionate and committed to improving performance and quality of life.

In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, spending time with her dogs and watching sports.
