Diljyot is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a passion for helping people recover from injury, build confidence in their movement, and return to the activities they enjoy most. She graduated with First Class Honours and began her clinical career within the NHS, gaining experience across Orthopaedics, Musculoskeletal Medicine, and Neurology.

She has a particular interest in sporting injuries, post-operative rehabilitation and neck and back pain, including symptoms related to desk-based work and prolonged sitting. Diljyot enjoys working with a wide range of clients, from active individuals recovering from injury to professionals balancing demanding careers, training goals, and everyday life.

Having experienced a significant back injury during her teenage years, Diljyot understands first-hand the physical, mental, and emotional impact that pain and injury can have. This experience shaped her holistic approach to rehabilitation and reinforced the importance of treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.

Her treatment combines hands-on therapy, tailored exercise, and education to help patients better understand their bodies, achieve lasting results, and feel confident managing their health.

Outside of the clinic, Diljyot enjoys staying active through Pilates and strength training. She also loves travelling and is always planning her next adventure over a good cup of coffee.

Diljyot can be found at our Bank and Canary Wharf clinics.
