Annie is a passionate physiotherapist who is committed to helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to what they love.

She has NHS experience treating a wide range of conditions, from high-level sports injuries and complex trauma to persistent pain and pelvic health issues. She also has experience in pitchside physiotherapy, providing first aid care and immediate injury management for athletes.

Taking a holistic approach, Annie tailors rehabilitation to patient’s individual goals, whether returning to sport, improving daily function, or building long-term resilience. Outside of work, she’s a keen runner, keeps up a regular strength and conditioning routine, and enjoys travelling.
