
Kristina is a highly skilled musculoskeletal physiotherapist with over 24 years of clinical expertise across both the NHS and private healthcare sectors. She specialises in the assessment and treatment of back and neck conditions, post - operative rehabilitation for upper and lower limb injuries, and the management of sports related conditions.

Kristina graduated in Germany in 1999 with a degree in physiotherapy. She began her career in private practise, where she treated a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions, before relocating to London in 2001 to join the NHS. During her 16-year NHS career - most recently with Imperial College Healthcare Trust -Kristina worked at a specialist level, managing both acute and chronic conditions.

In addition to her clinical work, Kristina held a leading role as a clinical mentor, supporting junior physiotherapists and contributing to the education of medical students. Her collaborative approach and commitment to evidence-based practise earned her a strong reputation among colleagues and patients alike.

Since moving into private practise, Kristina has continued to deliver the highest standard of patient care at a leading multidisciplinary clinic in central London. She is dedicated to helping patients achieve their recovery goals by developing tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that may include manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, acupuncture and Pilates based rehabilitation. Kristina is passionate about restoring movement, improving function, and empowering patients to return to the activities they enjoy.

Outside of the clinic, she leads an active lifestyle and can often be found playing golf or padel, and she is an enthusiastic kitesurfer and skier.
