Rachael hails from Adelaide, Australia, having relocated to England in 2023. She graduated from the University of South Australia, and spent her early career working at a rural multi-disciplinary private practice, managing a varied caseload including musculoskeletal, neurological rehabilitation and chronic pain presentations. She also has a background working with physical and intellectual disability, and aged care. Since relocating, Rachael works more specifically with musculoskeletal presentations - with a particular interest in chronic pain - but still enjoys working with a varied case load.
Rachael has a passion for seeing her clients through their rehab, and helping them to achieve their goals. She takes a collaborative approach, aiming to work with her clients to help them live a healthy, active life. Rachael is trained in the GLAD Program for knee and hip osteoarthritis, and in dry needling.
Outside of the clinic, Rachael enjoys running, hiking, and exploring London!
Rachael can be found at our Bank and City clinics.
I went to see Rachael during the summer due to a rotator cuff injury and within a few sessions and some easy-to-do home exercises she prescribed, I fully recovered. Rachael is patient, easy to talk and is able to communicate in a way that makes sense to a layperson. If I ever injure myself again, I will definitely go back to see her.
