Erin is a highly passionate physiotherapist who’s main focus is to provide exceptional therapy with an empathetic and holistic approach. Attaining her Doctor of Physiotherapy in early 2016 on the foundation of a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science, Erin has a strong background in exercise prescription, physiology and strengthening and conditioning.
Throughout her career Erin has worked in both the public and private settings including trauma hospitals, private practices and international sporting tournaments. Her role in the NHS has ranged from amputee management, obstetric and post-natal care and trauma and orthopaedic rehabilitation at North Mid, RNOH, UCLH and the Royal Free Trust. From this variety in industry experience Erin enjoys the provision of the spectrum of physiotherapy from the acute setting through to higher level rehabilitation and functional return to sport.
Understanding the importance of exercise has also been relevant throughout Erin’s personal life with a competitive background in Rowing, Basketball, Aerial Acrobatics and Powerlifting. She enjoys treating a variety of injuries from various sporting arenas with emphasis on spinal disfunction, core stability and joint flexibility.
Erin has a strong interest in women’s health with experience treating pre and post natal musculoskeletal pain, prolapse symptom management and sexual dysfunction and is qualified in dry needling.
